I'm Jonny, based in Newcastle. You text me, you get me — I design and build every site myself, write the words myself, and answer my own phone. No account managers, no offshore hand-offs, no runaround.

Design, build, and launch on your own domain. The site is yours outright — no monthly fees to me, no lock-in, no hostage-taking if you ever want to move it.
Why so cheap? Because I'm building my books. My first five clients get the founding price; from client six it's $1,490. You get the head start, I get a great example of your trade in my portfolio and, if I've earned it, a referral to a mate. Fair trade.

About 20 minutes, total. The mockup happens before we ever talk. After that it's one phone call and a few photos texted from your camera roll. I write the words; you tell me if I've got it right.
You pay once, when the finished site's ready to go live — after you've said "go", never before. If you never say go, you never pay.
Send me the link. If it's doing its job, I'll tell you straight and you keep your money. If it's costing you work, you'll see the difference in the mockup before spending anything.
If you've got a domain, we use it. If not, I set one up in your name — about $20 a year, and you own it either way. Hosting for a site like this is free or near-free these days, and I set it up so there's no ongoing bill from me, ever. If that ever changes, you'll hear it from me before it costs you a cent.
Small stuff — a new number, a new photo, a price — text it to me and I'll just do it. Bigger changes, like a new page or a rework, I'll quote first, flat, before touching anything. And you're never locked in: it's your domain and your site, so any web person can work on it, not just me.
No catch — it's how I'd rather sell. You judge the actual thing, not a promise. If it's not clearly better than what you've got, don't buy it.
